Aito Fresh has started cooperation with Majvik farm since March 2024. It began with adopting organic and Demeter certified carrots and onions in Aito Fresh. The carrots were consumed well and fast during the lunch buffet, revealing that the carrots are clearly attractive and tasty. Then the cooperation continued with adopting organic and Demeter certified Rutabaga (Lanttu), Beetroot (Punajuurikas), and Parsnip (Palsternakka). Aito Fresh appreciates the foods and cooperation with Majvik farm. More new dishes and methods to adopt ingredietnts from Majvik farm are under development.
