Our menu features a variety of customisable options, in the build your own bowl option you can choose your preferred ingredients from a wide selection of vegetables, proteins and toppings. Local Sourcing

Supporting our community is a cornerstone of our philosophy. We proudly collaborate with local farms and suppliers to source our ingredients. This not only guarantees the freshest produce but also helps to sustain our local economy and reduce our environmental footprint. By choosing to dine with us, you’re supporting local farmers and enjoying food that’s farm-to-table fresh. Our partnership with local farms ensures that we use ingredients that are sustainably grown and harvested.

Farm-to-fork milestones

  1. March 2024 and onward, sourcing organic and Demeter carrots and purple onions from Majvik Biodynamic farm located in Sipoo;

  2. March 2024 and onward, all eggs are Finnish and free-range (code starting with “2FI”);

  3. March 2024 and onward, all cucumbers used are grown in Finland;

  4. April 2024 and onward, cucumber juice is made from parts of the cucumber not used in the buffet, reducing the waste;

  5. May 2024 and onward, sourcing organic and Demeter beetroot, parsnip and turnip from Majvik Biodynamic farm located in Sipoo;

  6. Upcoming in June 2024, sourcing Finnish apple juice from Öfvergårds in Tjudö, Åland's apple kingdom. Award-winning products selected - stay tuned!

  7. Upcoming in June 2024, sourcing Finnish Willimaku Meadowsweet sparkling drinks from Kiuruvesi. Drinks are made out of wild herbs picked in the pristine Lakeland area in Middle Finland - stay tuned!
