Reportedly Finland’s first AI waiter, this groundbreaking service transforms the dining experience by offering real‑time, verified information and personalized recommendations.
Innovative Service Tailored to Customer Needs
The AI waiter responds to customer inquiries just as a traditional server would. Guests can ask about the origin of dishes, nutritional details, or request tailored recommendations based on their dietary preferences. Every response is derived from data provided by nutrition experts and Aito Fresh’s staff, ensuring the highest level of reliability and accuracy.
Co-founder Siyun Gu explains,
“We have found that some customers feel more comfortable asking dietary questions to an AI, as they might be hesitant to risk offending a human server. Our AI solution allows them to receive answers quickly and effortlessly.”
